Troubleshooting : Low or no Audio output

Short answer

Make sure that the correct audio device is connected to the speaker. Slightly increase the volume on both your audio device and speaker. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.

There can be several reasons for audio issues. Try these tips to solve them:

  • Make sure that the correct audio device is connected to the speaker.

  • The volume could be set too low on either the audio source or the speaker. Slightly increase the volume on the audio source or your speaker.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset to restore the speaker to its original settings.
