Troubleshooting: Speaker not responding
If your Uxbridge Voice speaker is not responding, there is a possibility of a software problem occurring and to troubleshoot this unplug the speaker mains plug from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it in again.
Note:
You can also perform a factory reset by pushing and holding both the the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds. This will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, the speaker needs to be set up again.
