Troubleshooting : Speaker not discoverable in the app
If you cannot discover your Speaker in the Marshall Multi-Room App - there are several troubleshooting options you can attempt:
The Speaker is not connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Turn the SOURCE knob to Wi-Fi and push and hold for 3 seconds to make the Speaker discoverable.
The Speaker and mobile device are not connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Connect both devices to the same network.
The Speaker is not turned on.
Connect the Power Cord to the Acton Multi-Room Speaker and a working AC wall socket.
The Speaker is in standby mode.
Push the SOURCE knob to wake from Standby mode.
