Delivery and tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from no-reply@emails.marshall.com.

When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. The tracking details will be updated as soon as the shipment has started to move. There may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing progress in the tracking details.

Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout the shipment can be followed here:

If your order has shipped with DHL Economy, the package will be handed over to Chronopost once it is in France. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in France using the same tracking number at the Chronopost website.
