Delivery and tracking

Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from order@store.marshall.com.
Shipping notification
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number and link.
The tracking details are updated as soon as the shipment is on the move. There may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing tracking progress.

If your order has shipped with DHL Economy, the package will be handed over to Chronopost once it is in France. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in France using the same tracking number at the Chronopost website.
BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
We strive to ship your order the same day it's placed, but during peak seasons, shipping from our warehouse may take an additional 1–2 days due to higher volumes. We always do our very best to make sure you get your order as fast as possible and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your orders is shipped.
Our shipping partner have though warned us for potential longer delivery times, so to be really safe getting your products before the big day, we recommend you order as soon as possible. To some addresses the delivery might now take up to 7 working days.
