Troubleshooting : The earbuds don't turn on

Try restarting your earbuds, charge them and check for new firmware updates. If the issue persist, perform a factory reset.
There can be several reasons why your Minor IV earbuds do not turn on. Try these options to solve the issue:
Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart them.
Charge the earbuds by placing them in the case. If the case LED does not turn on, use a USB power source or a wireless charging plate to charge the case. You can see the current battery level in the Marshall Bluetooth app.
Check for new firmware versions in the Marshall Bluetooth app. Follow the in-app instructions to connect and update your earbuds.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
