Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Check if the speaker is connected to another audio device
Middleton can be connected to two Bluetooth audio devices at the same time. If a connected device is playing, the other device can not start playing until the first one is paused.
Pair the speaker with your device again
If your device was previously paired, remove the speaker from your list of Bluetooth devices.
Push and hold the control knob until the speaker turns on.
Push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to slow red pulse.
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device list and select Middleton from your audio device's Bluetooth list.
Perform a factory reset
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
