Troubleshooting : A.N.C. not working

If you are having issues with the Active Noise Cancelling functionality, there are a few troubleshooting tips we advise you try to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that the headphone is switched on.

    • Push the control knob for 2 seconds to turn on your headphones.

  2. Ensure that the ANC is switched on.

    • Push the ANC button for 2 seconds to turn ANC on. Short-press the ANC button to toggle the ANC modes.

  3. Check the ANC level in the Marshall Bluetooth app.

    • Go to the Marshall Bluetooth app and set the level of the ANC in the ANC settings menu.
