Delivery and tracking
Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from order@store.marshall.com.
Shipping notification
When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number.
The tracking details will be updated as soon as the shipment has started to move. There may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing progress in the tracking details.
BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
We pack and ship your product the same day if you place the order on working days before 2 PM and we do so also in December. We always do our very best to make sure you get your order as fast as possible and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your orders is shipped.
Our shipping partner have though warned us for potential longer delivery times, so to be really safe getting your products before the big day, we recommend you order as soon as possible. To some addresses the delivery might now take up to 7 working days.
