Troubleshooting : Resetting the Bluetooth connection

From time to time, it may be necessary to reset the Bluetooth connection between your speaker and audio device:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your audio device.

  2. Make sure that no other devices are connected to the speaker. If so, remove them by following this guide.

  3. Forget (delete) Acton Bluetooth from the list of Bluetooth connections on your audio device.

  4. Turn off both your audio device and the speaker, then turn them back on again.
