Troubleshooting : The speaker doesn't turn on
Short answer
Try charging your speaker by connecting the included USB-C cable to a USB power source.
If your Emberton speaker does not turn on, the likely cause is that the speaker battery is discharged.
Charge your speaker by connecting the included USB-C cable to a USB power source (5 V, 3 A). The USB-C power input port is located on the right side of the speaker. The battery LED indicator will show a rising animation to indicate that the battery is charging.
Always make sure that the speaker is completely dry before charging it.
