Troubleshooting: Speaker not responding
If your Uxbridge Voice speaker is not responding, there is a possibility of a software problem occurring. To troubleshoot this follow the tips below:
Unplug the speaker mains plug from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it in again.
Alternatively you can also perform a factory reset.
Note:
This will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, the speaker needs to be set up again.
Push and hold both the the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds.
