Troubleshooting : Bluetooth pairing

There can be several reasons for Bluetooth pairing issues. Try these tips to solve it:

  • Check if your speaker is connected to another audio device. If so, disconnect and pair it again.

  • Turn the speaker off, wait for a full 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

  • Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your audio device.

  • Push the source button on top of the speaker to toggle between Bluetooth, AUX and RCA input and select Bluetooth mode. A lit indicator shows which source is selected.

  • Pair your device again by pushing the source button for 2 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink. Select Woburn II from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: Woburn II Bluetooth can be connected to TWO Bluetooth devices at the same time. Playing a connected Bluetooth device will make it the selected audio source, pausing any previously played audio on the second device.
