Troubleshooting : Bluetooth pairing

There can be several reasons to Bluetooth pairing problems. Try these tips to solve the issue:

  • Check if your speaker is connected to another audio device. If so, disconnect and pair it again.

  • Turn the speaker off, wait for a full 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

  • Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your audio device.

  • Push the source button on top of the speaker to toggle between Bluetooth, AUX and RCA input, and select Bluetooth mode. A lit indicator shows which source is selected.

  • Pair your device again by pushing the source button for 2 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink. Select Woburn III from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: Woburn III can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. If one connected device is playing, a second connected device will not be able to start playing until the first device is paused.
