Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair

Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your device, ensure the speaker is in pairing mode by holding the Source button, and if prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.
There are several likely causes for why your speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device. Try these options to solve the issue:
Turn Bluetooth off on your audio device (smartphone, tablet or computer), then turn it back on again and try pairing with the speaker.
Make sure that the speaker is in pairing mode. Turn the Source knob on top of the speaker to Bluetooth, then push and hold the button for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
If your audio device asks for a pin code, you usually do not need to enter one. However, if prompted, enter 0000.
