Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair

Short answer

Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your device, ensure the speaker is in pairing mode by holding the Source button, and if prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.

There are several likely causes for why your speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Turn Bluetooth off on your audio device (smartphone, tablet or computer), then turn it back on again and try pairing with the speaker.

  • Make sure that the speaker is in pairing mode. Turn the Source knob on top of the speaker to Bluetooth, then push and hold the button for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.

  • If your audio device asks for a pin code, you usually do not need to enter one. However, if prompted, enter 0000.
