Common questions
When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. The tracking details will be updated as soon as the shipment has started to move. This means that there may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing progress in the tracking details.

If you order with PostNL, your package will be handed over to a local shipping partner when it reaches your country. PostNL will inform you about the local shipping partner and how to track your order.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't started the shipping process yet, we can try to cancel it for you.
To request a cancellation, reach out to us via chat. Since orders move fast to the warehouse, we can't always guarantee a cancellation.

If your order is shipped by DHL Express or UPS, you can change the delivery address while your order is in transit:
DHL Express When you receive the delivery notification from DHL (SMS or e-mail), click on the link contained in the message. It will take you to a DHL web page where DHL offers a delivery address modification service.
UPS Once you've received the delivery notification from UPS, visit change delivery address on the UPS website. To change your delivery address, log in to UPS My Choice. Select your package and choose Delivery Options. Follow the instructions to reroute your package to another location.
Unfortunately, there are fake products on the market. To make sure you buy an authentic Marshall product, be sure to purchase them directly from us or any of our authorised retailers.
Counterfeiters go to great lengths to make their products look genuine. However, they do not meet the high-performance and safety standards found in genuine Marshall products.
