Troubleshooting: Speaker not responding
If your Uxbridge Voice speaker is not responding, there is a possibility of a software problem occurring. Try these options to solve the issue:
Unplug the speaker mains plug from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it in again.
Alternatively you can perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and the speaker needs to be set up again. Push and hold both the the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds.
