Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair

There are several likely causes for why your speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device. Try these tips to solve the issue:

  • Unplug the power cable from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, then plug it in again.

  • Check if the speaker is already connected to a different audio device. Uxbridge remembers up to 8 devices and will try to connect to the last connected one first.

  • Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode. Push and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the speaker for 2 seconds to activate pairing mode. The front LED indicator will turn blue while in pairing mode.

  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your audio device.

Factory reset

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and you’ll need to set up the speaker again.

  1. Push and hold both the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds.

  2. Remove the speaker's name from your device's Bluetooth list and the Marshall Bluetooth app.

  3. Restart both your audio device and speaker.
