Troubleshooting : Erratic behavior

Turn the speaker off and unplug it from the wall socket. Wait for a full 15 seconds, then plug it in again.

Move the speaker further away from electronic devices such as wireless network adapters or fluorescent lights. Alternatively, turn off or move the interfering electronic device.

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and the speaker needs to be set up again. Push and hold both the the upper part of the volume button (+) and the lower part of the treble button (-) for 7 seconds.
