We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot change your order once it has been placed.

If your order is shipped by DHL Express or UPS, you can change the delivery address while your order is in transit:

Contact the shipping company, they can give you the details about where or who they delivered the package to. Make sure to have your tracking number ready when you contact them.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to follow your order on the shipping company's website. Usually, you receive it within 1-2 business days from placing your order.

Check your junk mail folder if you haven’t received a confirmation in your inbox. The email is sent from no-reply@emails.marshall.com.

If you have any concerns about your shipment, contact the shipping company. They will be able to provide specific details about your shipment and available options. Make sure to have your tracking number ready when you contact them.
