Delivery & Returns

Find out our delivery options for all UK and international orders. Need to return an item? We've detailed all you need to know. For further information please read our terms and conditions.

Delivery

All items are processed at our UK Factory Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pmOrders made after 3pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

To find out where your parcel is you can track your order using the code provided in your dispatch email. We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2 working days  Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following working day.

UK Delivery

Free delivery for orders over £50.

2 working days - £4.99

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be delivered in two working days after dispatch.

International delivery (outside the UK) 

We're currently experiencing delays with international orders. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery due to things like customs delays.

Delivery costs start from €8 or $14.99 and are based on the weight of the items purchased. Orders can be tracked using the code provided in your dispatch email.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your items and would like to return your orders please read the following. 

UK Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item if you would like a refund.

  1. If you have an account go to our Returns Portal and select the item you wish to return and the reason for returning
  2. If you did not have an account at the time of placing your order head to the Find My Order page and enter your details
  3. Print the pre-paid label
  4. Take the item to your local post office or courier service. Please don't forget to obtain proof of postage just in case!

International (outside the UK) 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please keep hold of your receipt as proof of return in case your order doesn't arrive to us within the 14 day period.

  1. If you have an account go to our Returns Portal and select the item you wish to return and the reason for returning
  2. If you did not have an account at the time of placing your order head to the Find My Order page and enter your details
  3. Print the return address label to attach to your parcel. Please note this isn't pre-paid so you will need to cover the cost of postage
  4. Take the item to a suitable returns service to send back to us. Please don't forget proof of postage just in case!
