How to perform a factory reset

Short answer

Remove the earbuds from your audio device’s Bluetooth list, place them in the case, and hold the button until the LED on the case turns purple.

If your earbuds become erratic or unresponsive, try performing a factory reset. This will restore the earbuds to their original settings and delete all user settings. The earbuds will need to be paired again.

Start by placing the earbuds in the case and closing the lid to restart them. If the problem persists, proceed with performing a factory reset.

  1. Remove MINOR IV, and Minor IV [LE] if present, from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  2. Place the earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.

  3. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for 10 seconds and release when the LED turns purple.

  4. The earbuds have returned to their factory settings and are ready to be paired.
