How to perform a factory reset

Short answer

Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid. Take the earbuds out and place them in your ears, press and hold the touch surface on both earbuds for 10 seconds.

Perform a hardware reset

  1. Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart the earbuds. If the issue persists, continue to the next step.

  2. Take out your earbuds and place them in your ears.

  3. Press and hold the touch surface on both earbuds for 10 seconds to reset the earbuds.

Perform a factory reset

If the problem persists, perform a factory reset:

  1. Place the earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.

  2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds, until the LED turns purple, to reset the earbuds to factory settings.

  3. Remove MOTIF A.N.C. from your sound device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.

Note: This will delete all user settings and the earbuds will need to be set up again.
