Troubleshooting : Resetting the Bluetooth Connection
Short answer
Turn off Bluetooth on your audio device. Remove the speaker from the Bluetooth list and turn off both your audio device and your speaker. Turn them back on and pair again.

From time to time, it may be necessary to reset the Bluetooth connection between your speaker and audio device. Follow these steps to reset the Bluetooth connection:
Turn off Bluetooth on the audio device that you are trying to use with your speaker.
Make sure there are no other devices connected to the speaker. If so, remove them using this instruction.
Open the Bluetooth menu on your audio device.
Forget (delete) the Stanmore II Bluetooth speaker from the list of Bluetooth devices on your audio device.
Turn off both your audio device and your speaker, and then turn them back on again.
If the issue persists, check if there’s any software updates available for your audio device. If so, install them and try resetting the connection again.
