To welcome in the Year of the Snake we’ve collaborated with Beijing-based artist 野 DARK QUESTION to create Woodsnake 2025, our hypnotic festival-themed Lunar New Year celebration. As part of our festivities, we’ve designed a special edition Emberton III speaker, available at marshall.com, and a JCM900 Half Stack, exclusively available in China.

To mark the occasion in true Marshall style, we created a film that’s all about the music. Featuring the track “Girls!” by Marshall Records’ very own Gen and the Degenerates, the visuals are inspired by 野 DARK QUESTION’s signature firecracker graphics mixed with psychedelic rock artwork.

Each Lunar New Year we collaborate with a new artistic voice. This year, it’s 野 DARK QUESTION. His signature visuals that boldly and playfully reimagine vintage firecracker label art have inspired the designs for Woodsnake 2025 and the limited edition products. Also a guitarist, he infuses his art with the spirit of rock ’n’ roll, which has struck a chord with a legion of fans over the last decade.
