Troubleshooting : Cannot connect or pair

Short answer

Disconnect the earbuds from any other devices. Put the earbuds in the case with the case lid open and start pairing by pushing the Bluetooth button for 3–4 seconds.

  1. Disconnect the earbuds from any other devices.

  2. Put the earbuds in the case with the case lid open.

  3. Start pairing by pressing and holding the button on the bottom of the case for 3-4 seconds until the LED turns dark blue.

  4. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Minor III from your device’s Bluetooth list. You should also hear the Marshall Bluetooth pairing sound.

  5. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
