Troubleshooting : No sound in one earbud

Try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Put both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, and try again.

  • Make sure that both the case and earbuds are charged.

  • Clean the inner side of the earbuds and make sure there is no dust on the wear detect sensor. Use a soft, lint-free cloth—for example, a lens cloth or a microfiber towel. Put them back in the case, close the lid and try again.

  • If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
