Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection dropping out
If your Kilburn II’s Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a few options you can try to solve the problem.
Move the speaker
Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other. They need to be within 10 metres and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls and doors.
Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency range. Such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.
Check if the speaker is connected to other audio devices
Check if a second audio device is connected to the speaker. When that device receives a notification, you can experience a short, temporary dropout. Put the second device to silent mode or disconnect it from the speaker.
