How to perform a factory reset

Short answer

Push and hold both the source and play/pause buttons for 7 to 10 seconds to restore the speaker to its original settings.

A factory reset will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates. This will delete all user settings and the speaker needs to be set up again.

  1. Push and hold both the source and play/pause buttons on top of the speaker for 7-10 seconds.

  2. The source LED's will all flash quickly to confirm the reset was successful.

  3. Remove Woburn II Bluetooth from your audio device’s Bluetooth list before pairing again.
