Troubleshooting : The speaker doesn't turn on
Short answer
Connect your speaker to a working USB power source, using the included USB-C cable. The battery LED indicator will show a rising animation to indicate that the battery is charging.

If your Emberton III speaker does not turn on, the likely cause is that the speaker battery is discharged.
Charge your speaker by connecting the included USB-C cable to a USB power source (5 V, 3 A). The USB-C power input port is located on the right side of the speaker. The battery LED indicator will show a rising animation to indicate that the battery is charging.
Always make sure that the speaker is completely dry before charging it.
