Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair
Short answer
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, that the speaker is discoverable and that it's disconnected from other devices. Try restarting the speaker or perform a factory reset.
There can be several likely causes of Bluetooth connection problems. Try these options to solve the issue:
Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your audio device.
Check if there are already two devices connected to your speaker. If so, disconnect one of them and try pairing again.
Push and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
Restart the speaker by disconnecting the plug from the wall socket, wait for a full 15 seconds and plug it in again.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings, and you need to set up the speaker again:
Push and hold both the Source button and the Play/pause button for 7 seconds.
