Speaker not discovered by the Marshall Voice App

Short answer

Ensure both the speaker and your device are on the same Wi-Fi network, then set it to setup mode by holding the SOURCE button for three seconds.

There can be several causes to why your speaker is not discovered by the Marshall Voice App. Try these options to solve the issue:

  • Make sure that the speaker and audio device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  • Select Wi-Fi as the input mode by pushing the SOURCE button on top of the speaker. Then, push and hold the SOURCE button for three seconds to set it to discoverable mode.
