Troubleshooting : Connection drops out
Short answer
Make sure your speaker and audio device are within 10 meters of each other. Also, keep the speaker away from electrical devices that might interfere with the signal.
If your speaker's Bluetooth connection is dropping out, there are a couple of likely causes and troubleshooting options you can attempt:
Move the speaker and audio device closer to each other, so that they are within 10 meters and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or doors.
Move the speaker further away from electrical devices that use the same frequency, such as microwave ovens, wireless network adapters and fluorescent lights.
