Troubleshooting : Connection reset
From time to time, it may be necessary to reset the Bluetooth connection between your speaker and audio device.
Turn off Bluetooth on the audio device that you are trying to use with the speaker.
Make sure no other devices are connected to the speaker.
Forget (delete) Acton II Voice from the Bluetooth list on your audio device.
Turn both the audio device and speaker off, and then back on again.
Pair the speaker to your audio device.
If the issue persists, check if there are any software updates available for your audio device, then repeat the guide once more.
