Troubleshooting : The Google Assistant is not responding
If the Google Assistant does not respond to your voice commands, the most likely cause is that the microphone is muted on the speaker.
Press and hold the microphone button on top of the speaker for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator by the button will turn off when the microphone is unmuted.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and you'll need to set up the speaker again:
Push and hold both the Source button and the Play/Pause button for 7 seconds.
