Troubleshooting : Speaker not responding
If your Stanmore II Voice speaker is not responding, the most likely cause is a software problem. Try these options to solve the issue:
Simply unplug the speaker from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, then plug it in again.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will delete all user settings and you'll need to set up the speaker again. Push and hold both the Source button and the Play/Pause button for 7 seconds to reset the speaker.
