Troubleshooting : There is a crackling sound
There can be several reasons why the speaker emits a crackling sound. Try these tips to solve the issue:
The most likely cause is that the amplifier has run out of power. Lower the volume on your audio device, and reduce both the volume and bass on your speaker.
The input signal from your audio device may be too loud. Lower the volume to below 80% on the audio device and adjust it by turning the volume up on the speaker instead.
Reset the Bluetooth connection:
Remove the speaker from the Bluetooth list on your audio device.
Restart both the speaker and your device.
Pair them again.
